DIY time!!!
what u need:
- 1 bottle spray can. Colour : Flat Black.
- 2 screw driver (flathead).
- Masking tape.
First step:
By using small screwdriver (flathead). Very slowly peel off the front plastic cover from its housing (do it firmly or you will break something)
2. Bare in mind, this side marker got 2 layer of plastic cover. how to open the inner cover as per picture below. Be carefull not to break the lock as this lock got glue underside. 1st pic: how to release the cover lock, 2nd pic: Loc of inner cover lock.
3. All the cover now separated from the housing.
4. Use masking tape to cover the area that u don't want to paint.
5. Spraying work. At least 3 layer will give good paint texture. let it dry for about 1/2 hour then peel off all the masking tape.
6. Wallaa!!
7. Use a Silicon Windscreen Sealant to seal them (black colour sealant).
8. Attach the plastic cover to the housing & tie with the masking tape. Let it dry about half day .
